Residential Maintenance and New Construction Punch Out
Universal Development an Ohio based company is in the process of adding another phase of homes to the Cherry Hill luxury condominiums in Erie. Looking for a maintenance/punch out person to complete homes and help care for resident service needs as the development expands and in the future. This full time individual must be detail oriented, self motivated with experience and skills in the construction of residential homes or apartments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean drug/criminal background
Reliable transportation
Hand tools
Clean/professional appearance
5 years
experience
Skills in carpentry/ plumbing/ electrical/HVAC a plus not required
