Primary functions of the position will include:
- Develop procedures, write manuals & specifications to assist with installation, programming, and maintenance of proprietary technology
- Writing training program for internal users of proprietary technology
- Assist with the development and training of internal technical employees & trainers as well as end users of proprietary technology.
- Design exercises for end users to apply learned skills in real world situations.
- Provide ongoing support to internal technical staff, as necessary.
