Summary:
In assigned area, plans, directs and coordinates on-site health services for client companies and increases sales of the delivery of on-site occupational and environmental health and safety services, In accordance with Concentra policies, practices, and procedures and applicable regulations to achieve objectives of occupational health and safety services.

MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manages on-site services of client companies, including billing counseling, day-to-day management of on-site personnel, and in consultation with Concentra Human Resources Department personnel, hiring, disciplining and termination procedures and policies.
Develops, implements and maintains new and existing policies, procedures, and training programs for all assigned on-site services.
Assists with development and management of annual budgets for on-site services in accordance with Concentra guidelines.
Facilitates communication between current and prospective client companies and Concentra.
Manages the on-site service staffing needs ensuring that patient flow is not compromised and in consultation with Concentra Human Resources department personnel, hiring, discipline, and termination policies and procedures.
Provides technical support on issues such as American Disabilities Act, Department of Transportation regulations, medications, drug collection, and any medical questions.
Provides direction to Concentra's health Service Managers to ensure that Concentra marketing goals and objectives are achieved.
Conducts/participates in on-site visits of client companies and collaborates with client contacts to ensure clients needs/requests are fulfilled by Concentra staff.
Provides ongoing staff training and evaluation.
Monitors marketplace trends and gathers competitive information.
Recommends revisions in fee schedules and services.
Manages vendors in order to obtain best possible prices for goods and services.
Ensures all employees have appropriate credentials and certifications.
Investigates and responds to benefits, human resources, and regulatory matters, in consultation with Concentra Human Resources department personnel.
Coordinates effective recruitment efforts, interview applicants and make sound hiring decisions.
Functions as a case management consultant.
Keeps area team informed of Worksite location(s) status and builds working relationships with area team and center teams.
Awareness of billing process, invoice processing.
Monthly Expense Distribution review, Monthly SOP review.
Awareness of payroll processing, payroll practices.
Utilize administrative support personnel as needed, as indicated.
Participates in planning and hosting monthly cascading communication all staff conference call.
Performs other duties, as assigned.

Required Experience
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Enrolled or completed an advanced degree program in Health Safety field.

3 years -Nurse IV or equivalent
