As a Commissions Analyst, the successful candidate will provide an integral link between the Zurn Elkay product families. The Commissions Analyst will ensure all information and processes are in place for successful on-time and proper monthly payment of reps' commissions. The Commissions Analyst function is responsible for providing forecasts and analyses, communicating commission information, and supporting the Sales Representatives by addressing all commission questions. As a part of this function, you will provide information to the Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure the commission structure aligns with the company strategic initiatives. Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Update and maintain all commission tables Distribute commission statements monthly Track all special commission/rep incentive programs Assist Accounting with determining the appropriate commission accruals Develop and maintain commission forecasting model Work with the Sales and Marketing Teams to analyze commission schedules, making sure they align with Zurn Elkay's strategic objectives One point-of-contact for reps with commission questions Process monthly commission payments Provide reps with proper backup to support their commission statements Provide commission reports to Sales Team and Reps upon request Develop monthly commission statement that combines all monies paid to reps Prepare monthly deliverables for Area Managers and Management to link sales and compensation Requirements and
Qualifications:
