Office hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday 7:
00am - 5:
00pm Hours for this position will be determined upon hire.
Pay will be based on experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years working in a similar position (degree not required) Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications Hands on experience on QuickBooks or similar software Typing 60 wpm Ability to correspond and communicate with customers Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Good overall communication skills, teamwork spirit and fast-paced Flexibility when needed with regard to additional hours and duties Supervisory skills a plus
Responsibilities:
Assist the Controller to carry out day to day finance activities Answer phones Accounts receivable Accounts payable Fleet management Human resource responsibilities Payroll assistance Deposits Filing Typing customer and vendor invoices Purchase orders Stock orders/consignment orders Etc.
