Job Description The IT Helpdesk Technician will assist other MPB IT staff with the following.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to quickly respond, troubleshoot, and resolve most tickets that are sent into the helpdesk by firm users.
Install, image, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT hardware within the firm Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues Train and setup new users throughout the firm Installation and training of new applications Project based work Represent IT with pride, support, and kindness Qualifications Self-starter and eager to exceed expectations Must be willing to travel between offices Must have the ability to work under pressure Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus Experience troubleshooting basic client-side networking (DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, Ports, etc) issues is a plus Experience troubleshooting printer issues is a plus Experience in supporting Accounting related software is a plus Experience with Data Analytics and Power BI is a plus Network hardware experience is a plus (Network switching, VLANs, etc) Must have the ability to work within a team Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
