Director of Finance, Director of Nursing, Administrative Director FUNCTION:
To provide support to Administrative Directors:
Director of Finance, Director of Nursing, Registration, Purchasing and Verification Departments as needed in accordance with center policy.
POSITION
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities.
Matching invoices to packing slips.
Working in QuickBooks, matching purchase orders, packing slips and entering bills.
Maintains Accounts Payable filing system.
Maintains records management database systems including off site storage of accounts payable and other documentation deemed appropriate for storage.
Maintain day to day employee hours and schedules in Paychex for payroll.
Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Assist with quarterly Inventory process.
Attend various committee meetings, record, and distribute minutes.
Coordinate business office & registration staff time off requests and distribute monthly calendar to involved staff members.
Provides human resource support for the Center including pre-screening applicant's resumes on Indeed and new-hire onboarding.
Maintaining employee files to make sure they are in compliance for Department of Health and Joint Commission requirements.
Participates in special projects as assigned.
Data Entry Cross train to other business office areas to provide backup coverage.
Assist with practitioner credentialing.
Other duties as assigned.

HR and payroll experience preferred.
High School diploma is required.
Medical terminology Must have experience in keyboarding and data entry.
Working knowledge of computer software applications to include Windows with Microsoft Word and Excel and QuickBooks and Paychex a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
