Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude Prepare all food with accuracy, speed, and quality Comply with all Chick-fil-A rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere Must be 16 years old or older to apply Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred Back of House Team Member Responsibilities and Requirements:
Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director Must be 16 years old or older to apply Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH restaurant jobs is not required but preferred Traits of an Ideal Team Member:
No restaurant or kitchen experience necessary Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well Positive attitude Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork Demonstrates our Core 4 Values Excitement to learn and take initiative Enjoys the same daily routine tasks Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru) Pay:
