Job Responsibilities include:
Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Manage tills and prepare bank deposits.
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Manage accounts payable by tracking and processing vendor invoices.
Manage accounts receivable by generating and sending invoices to clients or customers.
Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Generate financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Organize and maintain financial records, both physically and digitally, for easy access and audit purposes.
Scheduling conventions and out of office travel.
Our ideal candidate has:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is required.
