We are looking for an experienced individual to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled manual tasks in the maintenance and repair of Township owned parks, facilities, pools, playgrounds, ball fields and open spaces.
Duties include the maintenance of parks including buildings, pools, mowing, plowing, and salting.
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License.
Carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience is beneficial.
Previous experience involving lawn maintenance, pool maintenance including the operation of related equipment, is strongly preferred.
This position requires heavy physical work.
Work is performed primarily outdoors, in all weather conditions.
This position requires 24-hour availability in response to emergencies, including hours outside of normal shifts (nights and weekends), and overtime.
