We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function of a dynamic industrial equipment manufacturer during a period of growth and transformation.
You will be a true strategic business partner who must also be very comfortable in the trenches along with collaborating very closely with senior management to design and deliver initiatives supporting organizational goals.
There will be a key emphasis on driving innovative employer branding (employee value proposition) and total reward strategies driving a superior employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Complement, support and further the company's goals through performance aligned with our values.
Articulate and model the organization's values and ensure the company's culture is steadily moving in the right direction.
Provide human capital management expertise for strategic planning and workforce effectiveness.
Create and implement employee programs to drive retention, engagement and workforce planning.
Coach and advise internal clients to advance talent management initiatives and ensure cultural consistency.
Manage HR Operations activities to ensure compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Implement and manage workforce systems that drive desired performance behavior and employee development.
Maintain a Total Rewards strategy to attract and retain talent and incent exceptional performance inside a motivated work environment.
Assist in ensuring jobs are accurately paid to market through credible benchmarking, analysis and market monitoring.
Champion change and leverage change management tools to support business plans.
Manage and monitor trends and needs through analytics and metrics aligned with business objectives.
Participate in local and OneEriez HR special projects, including comprehensive compensation studies, building job grade structures, and engagement initiatives based upon indictors from defined KPIs.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business management or a related discipline 8
years' progressive experience in HR management with demonstrated expertise in at least one key strategic HR discipline:
Total Rewards, Training & Development.
Workforce & Organizational Planning, Data Analytics, Lean Management (Systems Efficiency & Process Improvement) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; analysis and modeling expertise.
Experience using a an HRIS ERP solution; familiarity with market pricing tools (ERI, Marketpay, Payfactors etc.
;) strong data orientation, demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Broad knowledge of applicable labor and employment laws and compliance best practices, including the administration of effective employee policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Succession & Talent Development and Compensation & Benefits.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
