YOU will work as part of a collaborative and spirited Human Resources team to help ensure the best candidates are found, hired, and onboarded.
YOU will provide data and statistics to support our hiring process.
YOU will be an integral part of staffing not only ACLH needs but also assist with the LECOM Behavioral Health service line staffing needs.
YOU will work in coordination with our hiring managers to find the best candidates for our positions.
The HR Specialist-Recruiter will:
Create and implement recruitment strategies.
Find and reach out to potential candidates.
Elicit interest in active and potential candidates by using various platforms and innovative mechanisms that are distinct from those of other health systems.
Assume an integral role in the LECOM Health system?s efforts to improve regional workforce diversity.
Review data and perform market research.
Recruit graduate level interns.
Assist with recruiting needs across the LECOM Behavioral Health Service line as needed.
Report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
