Join our team as a Customer Success Specialist and help us grow our business! You will work with districts, schools, and teachers to drive program adoption, increase renewal rates, and create advocates of Big Ideas Learning.
You will also work on internal teams to develop partnership strategy, inform colleagues of customer feedback, and collaborate with fellow customer success specialists on best practices.
Your Work Will Include:
Proactive Consultant & Trusted Advisor Developing in-depth product knowledge and align product implementation to customer's outcomes.
Build and maintain partner relationships within schools and school districts.
Partner with internal teams to advocate for current customers.
Project Management Monitor program implementation and proactively manager details.
Develop implementation and adoption plans, and communicate with partners and colleagues to facilitate successful program use.
Establish clear outcomes and action plans with customers, and deliver high quality and timely communication throughout program implementation.
Account Management Communicate with customers to ensure successful program implementation.
Regularly and actively engage customers throughout adoption.
Monitor and act on account expirations and renewal targets to increase customer retention.
Data Analyst Use metrics from across multiple platforms to measure program implementation, and communicate with customers about key implementation milestones.
Present and use data to facilitate strategic account meetings during key times in the customer journey.
Measure and document account health, and apply appropriate interventions to increase program adoption.

Qualifications:
Has a bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field and 3-5 years' of teaching, sales, or customer success experience OR a combination of education and relevant experience.
Comfortable speaking to all levels of school personnel, including superintendents, curriculum directors, technology directors, principals, instructional coaches, and teachers.
Has knowledge of current educational climate, research, and markets.
Has experience with how districts and schools operate on a day-to-day basis.
Has experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
