Job Description We are currently recruiting for a General Labourer to support our Erie location.
The incumbent will be responsible for the general sorting of metals of the premises.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort and organize different types of non-ferrous metals of different alloys i.
e.
aluminum, copper and brass Operate a 30lb cut off saw Cleaning and shearing of radiators other general labor duties Work with a safety oriented mindset Qualifications Aptitude for understanding and using machines and tools Superb Customer Service Experience in metal recycling considered an asset Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions Good physical fitness Ability to consistently lift or move up to 100lbs Must be able to stand, reach, walk stoop and crawl Ability to work as a team Familar with OSHA regulations Excellent attendance and safety record.
