The General laborer is required to work outside in all kinds of weather or in buildings without heating or air conditioning.
Some tasks are dangerous, including removing hazardous material.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs outdoor ground maintenance such as pickup and cleaning; loading and delivering materials; mowing; weeding/edging; and using a variety of tools, hand power tools, equipment, and machinery such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, edger, forklifts, power drills, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
Collects trash, debris, and other waste to keep the grounds clean and safe.
Operates vehicles and motorized equipment in a safe manner.
Performs manual duties set out by supervisors.
Provides support to the Procurement/Logistics team.
Loads or unloads building materials to be used at the corporate office and on various projects.
Follows all company s safety procedures and Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
Maintains a clean work environment.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Community College, Trade School, Technical Degree, or certification, preferred.
Familiarity with landscaping and construction industry tools and their Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities.
Valid Driver s license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule.
Prior military experience preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
SKILLS Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Well-organized and strong focus on safety above all and at all times.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
