In your role as a Warehouse Office Associate, you would be responsible for satisfying customers' shipping and handling expectations.

Responsibilities:
Work with DC Manager as part of the wider Erie Management team, to create & maintain an effective, safe, and enjoyable work environment for all employees Establish a 'safety first' culture to all warehouse activities, whether within own function or others Maintain a continued focus on improving on-time in full dispatch (OTIF %) of orders to all customers Contribute to a site-wide focus on quality; with particular focus within own function to order accuracy, product packaging & documentation, and overall presentation to customer Actively drive the training & development of team members to create a multi-skilled team capable of supporting each other in completing all functional tasks Conduct regular reviews with all team members focused on performance objectives and personal development.
Where appropriate establish individual development plans with team Liaise with Sales/CSRs across AMERS region to ensure Customer needs and continually met.
Work closely on new and/or major customer accounts where additional requirements are needed Utilize own expertise & experience to resolve problems Proactively Identify and implement functional improvements - process, system and data - in line with the Company's objectives Represent the Company in a professional & appropriate manner in all situations.
Who we are looking for:
Experience with operating with a high-volume of product lines Excellent verbal & written skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software Shipping & receiving knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent.
