9K - $34K a year SUMMARY This position supports the maintenance/repair needs of the hotel.
Performs work involving multiple crafts, such as plumbing, painting and drywall, carpentry, electrical and water testing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Plumbing functions include:
Solder/braze Unplug toilet and drains Change bath and toilet fixtures Fix faucets Drywall and painting functions include:
Small repairs in walls and ceilings due to water damage.
Must blend repairs with existing wall or ceiling fixtures.
Minor painting of rooms, doors, trim and ceilings.
Carpentry functions include:
Repair and fabricate chairs, tables, walls, floor, cabinetry, shelves etc.
Must understand demonstrate correct use of hand and power tools.
Electrical functions include:
Change outlets, wall switches, light fixtures, appliances, AC/p-tacs and related items.
Must be able to trouble shoot, read schematics, and diagnose electrical equipment.
Will work with voltages from 24v to 240 volt 3 phase and the correct use of meters and testing meters.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as part of preventive maintenance program.
Repairs and maintains commercial laundry equipment.
Participates on the Safety Committee.
All other duties as assigned.

Minimum two years experience in electrical, plumbing and carpentry crafts.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
