Machine Maintenance to keep production molding machines running with a minimum of down time.
Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies.
Knowledge of some/all of the following:
Knowledge of Cincinnati, Ferromatik Milicron, Sumitomo plastic molding machines Knowledge of Gammaflux, MSI, Plasthing hot runner controllers Knowledge of SLC 500 & Idec PLC's Able to troubleshoot & repair Injection Molding Machines and related support equipment Able to read electrical/hydraulic ladder diagrams Read and write PLC logic Interface with computer systems and specifically SAP computerized maintenance work orders to accept, work on, and close jobs EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Training and/or practical experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical disciplines preferred Good attendance and attitude Pay starting at $19/hr depending on experience Job Type:
