Responsibilities:
Achieve annual sales plans for sales growth and key sales objectives while leading costs, receivables and expenses within required targets. Develop an understanding within our customer base, specifically within collision centers and auto body accounts, and the regional team of the benefits and advantages of business programs offered by PPG Refinish. Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of body shop operations and be able to influence customers at the end user and higher levels to support achievement of strategic goals with end users, influencers, and OE's and insurance companies. Develop and utilize an industry network to ensure all opportunities to broaden and develop business opportunities for the PPG group are maximized. Build knowledge through active participation and learning from Regional team members and pass on skill and knowledge to new and less experienced team members. Actively communicate market and competitor knowledge to the appropriate members of the sales programs or marketing teams so the trends, opportunities and threats can be identified and quickly acted upon. Lead all activities in compliance with PPG EHS goals, quality, business conduct and code of ethics policies.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years proven track record in growing sales with validated skills at consultative selling. Prior Automotive Refinish or related experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
