Front Desk Guest Service Representative


The Front Desk Representative is responsible for answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, taking guest reservations, performing guest courtesy calls, obtaining accurate and correct guest information, and checking hotel guests in and out of the hotel. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering all phone calls promptly and with the proper Brand greeting.


Front desk shift times are as follows:



7AM-3PM
3PM-11PM


11PM-7AM (Night Auditor Accounting Duties)


Weekend and Holiday availability is required.

Pay rate: $9-$12 based on experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
